Martin Cunningham is a senior financial executive that has supported organizations ranging from $20MM privately held organizations to multi-billion-dollar, multi-national publicly traded ones, and all sizes in between.  He also has entrepreneurial experience in leading organizations to new levels of growth and profitability, serving as a liaison with PE firms. Martin has expertise in financial strategy, resource prioritization, budgeting and forecasting, accounting operations, EBITDA & ROI optimization, internal controls, regulatory compliance, capital investment programs, and contract negotiation. Exceptionally well-rounded financial executive with 20-year career leading organizations to new levels of growth and profitability, Martin has the rare combination of extensive Fortune 1000 experience with entrepreneurial success. A true financial leader, Martin drives success in a broad range of industries.

Martin is a collaborative member of the executive team setting direction and strategy for sustainable growth. He works closely with Board and executive management to optimize efforts and resource use. A data-focused decision-maker, Martin applies key metrics to establish milestones for operational efficiency and control to ensure positive cash flow and profitability while achieving quality, on-time deliverables.

Martin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with dual concentration in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania and is an actively licensed Certified Management Accountant.  He grew up in the Chicagoland area and now makes his home just outside of Philadelphia with his wife and two children.
