Ron Fiore

Ronald J. Fiore is a seasoned CFO with a track record of helping middle-market and entrepreneurial companies scale, strengthen financial operations, and improve profitability. He brings expertise in building finance functions, enhancing reporting visibility, and partnering with leadership teams to drive strategic decision-making and long-term value creation. With deep expertise across wholesale, consumer products, and multi-national organizations, Ron partners with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and sustainable value creation.

Ron has led significant growth initiatives, including helping scale a business from $20 million to $200 million by building robust financial infrastructure, internal controls, and reporting systems. He also brings global operating experience, having established and led a European subsidiary in Milan while overseeing legal formation, financing, and revenue growth from startup to $20 million. Across his roles, Ron has secured multi-million-dollar credit facilities, improved cash flow, optimized cost structures, and implemented process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce risk.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Rutgers University.  He is actively engaged in community and taxpayer advocacy and serves as President of the Joint Council of Taxpayer Associations of Long Beach Island as well as Vice President of the Surf City Taxpayer’s Association. He resides in New Jersey with his wife, Donna. In addition to staying involved in local community initiatives, he also enjoys fishing, golfing, and music.
