John Nocera brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience helping businesses improve financial performance, strengthen operations, and support long-term growth. Throughout his career, he has served as CFO and senior financial leader for privately held companies and non-profit organizations across a variety of industries and business stages, from startups and emerging companies to established middle-market organizations with revenues ranging from $5 million to more than $50 million. He works closely with owners, CEOs, and leadership teams to provide strategic financial guidance, improve visibility into business performance, and support better decision-making.

John has extensive experience working with manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and e-commerce businesses, including companies operating through Shopify and Amazon platforms. His background includes business improvement initiatives, operational finance, inventory costing, margin improvement, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. In prior leadership roles, he has overseen finance, accounting, IT, purchasing, customer service, and production operations while implementing reporting systems, operational metrics, and process improvements that increased profitability and operational efficiency.
