Len Bernstein is a CFO/COO with more than 25 years of experience supporting all sizes of businesses from Start Up to large volume in the Import, Wholesale, Distribution, manufacturing and service sectors. A rare blend of financial and operational experience with understanding of KPI, Margin Retention and Systems to streamline processes to achieve maximum profitability and business flow. A strong leader who can motivate and train staff to work smarter and efficiently. Len has been successful implementing financial, operational and system solutions that further business success, objectives and profitability.
Len recently has been consulting as an Interim/Part-time CFO/COO for small startup to $1B companies domestic and international leading all financial, operational and administrative functions across multiple business units. His wide range of experience includes acquisitions and integrations, establishing fiscal and operational performance measures, forecasting & modeling, cost reduction, cash and inventory management, ERP system implementations and integrations, business planning, debt financing and restructuring. Len’s diversity working with Asset Based Lenders, Factors, System Providers, Logistic Companies, 3PL Warehouses and more brings a large network of resources to assist in achieving desired solutions.
Len is a graduate of New York University with a dual major in Accounting and CAIS. He is an avid golfer and martial artist and enjoys all sports, music and cooking.
