Jeff Dixon

Jeff Dixon is a seasoned finance and operations executive with more than 25 years of experience across public, private equity-backed, and privately held businesses. He has worked across a range of industries including technology (SaaS / HaaS), manufacturing and logistics, events and media, and technology-enabled services, supporting organizations from early-stage through to over $300 million in revenue. Jeff is an operationally focused leader who partners with CEOs and management teams to drive growth, improve financial performance, and prepare businesses for scale or exit.

Throughout his career, Jeff has built and led finance and operational functions in high-growth environments. His experience includes financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, KPI development and reporting, and systems implementation. He has led acquisition strategy and integration across multiple geographies and works closely with leadership teams to improve margins, streamline operations, and strengthen overall business performance. Jeff is known for bringing structure and clarity to complex situations, helping businesses make better decisions and execute with confidence.

Jeff is a Chartered Accountant (UK) and is known for building and mentoring high-performing teams. He has lived in the Northeast and now the Midwest, and enjoys spending time with his family, including his two active teenage sons. When he is not watching or coaching rugby, he enjoys traveling and being on the water.
