Jeremy Leitzen is a seasoned Finance and Operation Executive with over 20 years of experience in public, private equity, and private family-owned organizations in sectors such as Retail, E-Commerce, Service, Distribution and Logistics, Insurance, and Extended Warranties. He is an operationally minded thinker who drives results through process optimization ensuring full end to end process is efficient and drives profitable outcomes.

As a leader in several industries, Jeremy has implemented KPI dashboard reporting, forecasting processes, monthly reporting packages, and Board of Directors presentations. Through thoughtful analytics, Jeremy has been able to drive financial performance through tracking of key metrics and finding ways to improve operational and financial processes to improve cash flow and overall profitability. Jeremy has also managed banking relationships, tax compliance, benefits administration, facilities management, audits, treasury, and IT.

Jeremy holds an MBA from Northern Illinois University and lives in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago with his wife and children. He is an avid runner and enjoys coaching his kids in basketball, baseball, track, and cross country. As a man of faith, he is heavily involved with the church and the area Catholic schools.
