Josefina Garcia brings nearly 20 years of experience working directly with owners and directors of small- to medium-sized companies across various industries. She is passionate about using a holistic approach to business management, building systems, and creating strategies that improve interdepartmental workflows and increase profitability.

Throughout her career, Josefina has spearheaded successful multi-million-dollar deals and projects and has been an agent of change in forming and implementing new systems, structures, and revenue streams. She specializes in forensic accounting and loves digging deeper and understanding the why in order to better serve her clients.

Josefina is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Missouri and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Josefina earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting and a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Accounting from Missouri State University and a dual major Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business from Drury University, earning Departmental Distinction in both areas. She is a member of multiple professional organizations and is involved with Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion groups through mentoring, speaking engagements (in both English and Spanish), and volunteer work.
