Philippe Touzot is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer with over 25 years of leadership experience in financial and operational management. He is a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a strong ability to build and implement actionable models to achieve business objectives.

Philippe’s background includes over a decade serving as Global Chief Financial Officer for Momentum Worldwide, an award-winning experiential marketing agency headquartered in New York City with annual revenue exceeding $300 million and multiple offices around the world. He led a wide range of initiatives such as strengthening business planning processes, KPI developments, acquisitions and integrations, divestitures, key client contract negotiations, restructuring plans, development of new pricing models, and working capital optimization plans. Throughout his career, he has proven to be a team builder with strong managerial and communication skills.

With family roots in both France and the US, Philippe has broad international experience, having lived, studied, and worked in the US, France, the UK, and Germany. He holds a Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School (Paris). Philippe and his wife live in Hoboken, NJ, where they have raised their three children. A lifelong soccer fan, he also enjoys running and listening to jazz music.
