Review your annual strategy plan to ensure you have the right metrics and KPIs to stay on track and proactively forecast the outcomes.
Review and make recommendations on the corporate structure designed to achieve short-term and long-term company goals.

Cashflow management

Prepare your cash forecast.
Identify and recommend funding strategies to support your growth and operating activities.

Revenue

Review and analyze the Organization’s financial model.

Reporting

Review of your monthly management report and financial statements.
Preparation of budgets, projections, and financial analysis.

Annual Strategy Planning: $15,000
Revenue Model Workshop: $10,000
Financial Reporting: $10,000
6-Months CFO Services: $15,000

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to apply for the ProCFO Partners Manufacturing Grant, businesses must meet the following criteria:

Annual revenue greater than $5 million
An established accounting function
Located in the Chicagoland Area
Privately-held
10 to 15 employees
More than 5 years in business
