Don Gage

Don Gage is a seasoned financial professional with 30 years of experience in finance, operational management, real estate, banking, and law. His executive roles at large national companies, mid-cap, and start-up ventures include Founder, President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice President. Don provides C-suite operational, financial, and strategic advisory services working directly with owners, investors, board members, and executive teams guiding the financial and operational functions into a cohesive unit to achieve the company directives.

Don has deep experience in real estate and private equity investment. Don began his real estate experience at Wells Fargo where he led a team responsible for the underwriting, structure, and management of $3 billion of transactions to national and regional real estate clients. Building on that foundation, Don served as the CFO for a regional multi-family firm that developed over 4,000 units. Don went on to be a Founder of an award-winning land development firm that generated $15MM in annual lot sales. Most recently, Don served as the Managing Director and interim COO of a private equity firm that acquires small to mid-cap industrial sector companies.

Don earned a BA in Finance from the University of Illinois and a J.D. in Law from Boston University. Don and his wife Christine live in Atlanta and spend their falls keeping their Auburn graduate child and Alabama graduate child from mutual destruction. Their third child had the wisdom to go to in-state school and for that she has the enduring love of her parents and their wallet.
