His experience includes guiding organizations through capital raises, collaborating with private equity on acquisition strategies, and developing solutions for cross-border financial challenges.

In the semiconductor and technology sectors, Vijay has shaped corporate strategies, managed capital planning, and overseen large-scale asset sales, including the successful $150 million sale of a semiconductor fabrication facility. His involvement in software and SaaS includes co-founding a credit software company and advising startups on debt restructuring and go-to-market planning.
