Thomas McNiff

Thomas McNiff has over 30 years experience in senior financial and operational roles across a variety of industries such as manufacturing, retail, consumer products, hospitality and entertainment. Tom has experience working for a range of companies from venture backed startups to Fortune 100 companies. He is a proven leader who has been an integral part of multiple management teams. With a broad background, he has revamped enterprise-wide financial systems and is a credible change agent partner.  His background includes Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting, Business development, Cost Accounting, Systems implementations, Sarbanes-Oxley documentation, AP, AR, PR, HR, Benefits, Banking, Insurance and Taxation. Tom was VP of Finance for the largest independent record label at the time, overseeing Finance and IT.  He was also lead financial manger for Clinique Canada part of the Estee Lauder group. He has developed and delivered multiple board presentations and is always looking to help companies develop overall profitability. Additionally, Tom also assisted multiple companies receive PPP funding during the COVID-19 crisis.

Tom graduated from St. John’s University with a BS in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA (active) in the State of New York.
