Steve Berlin, CPA and CFO, brings over 35 years of experience leading financial strategies across a diverse range of industries, with a strong focus on media-related organizations such as television and radio broadcasting, national and digital advertising, and TV production. His expertise also extends to sectors including transportation, medical, gaming, and recreational industries. Throughout his career, Steve has provided executive leadership to CEOs and boards of companies ranging from startups seeking capital to established Fortune 500 organizations.

In his role as CFO for a distinguished private equity portfolio company, Steve successfully led the organization through financial restructurings and multiple mergers and acquisitions. His ability to foster transparency and deliver effective reporting to CEOs, board members, and department leaders has been instrumental in driving organizational success. With a collaborative leadership style, Steve has built strong cross-functional relationships, ensuring alignment across finance, operations, and strategic initiatives. His areas of expertise include budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple divisions and legal entities, with oversight responsibilities spanning Human Resources, IT, and Office Services.

Beyond his corporate career, Steve brings an entrepreneurial perspective, having owned and operated two Sky Zone Trampoline Park franchises on Long Island, including the highest-revenue location within the U.S. franchise network. He successfully negotiated the sale of his business to the private equity-backed franchisor. Steve holds a BBA from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and is a Certified Public Accountant. Residing on Long Island with his wife of over 30 years and their twin children, Steve enjoys cycling, running, and sailing on the scenic Long Island Sound.
