Robert Friedman is a seasoned Finance and Operations Executive with over 35 years of experience in entrepreneurial and privately held family-owned businesses across Manufacturing, Construction, Distribution, and Professional Services. With a strategic and holistic approach, Robert specializes in optimizing processes to drive scalable growth, operational excellence, and long-term profitability. As a forward-thinking CFO and Director, Robert has played a pivotal role in elevating organizational performance. He successfully led the transformation of an oldline construction company into a niche market leader within five years—growing revenue 5x and profits 10x. His leadership extended beyond financial growth, guiding the company’s founders through a seamless succession plan that resulted in a tax-advantaged ESOP sale, benefiting the company’s dedicated employees. Robert has also spearheaded the development of robust KPI dashboards, forecasting processes, and monthly reporting frameworks, while actively serving on Boards of Directors.
