Kristy Barthelemy is an accomplished and performance-driven professional with over twenty years of experience in financial and operational management. As a leader, she has repeatedly achieved success in managing large-scale financial operations, driving key business metrics, and spearheading revenue growth, client retention, and profitability. Her expertise lies in streamlining procedures, enhancing productivity, and implementing technology solutions to meet core business needs. Her strategic approach to leadership involves collaborating with management teams to build and execute plans that elevate the company to the next level.

With extensive experience in financial and operational management, including M&A, FP&A, risk management, and profit improvement, she brings a wealth of expertise that extends beyond finance to encompass operations, human resource management, real estate and contract negotiations, IT, logistics, restructuring, and general business management.

Kristy has worked in various industries, including private, public and PE Backed organizations, such as Healthcare/Physician Practices, insurance, skilled nursing, real estate, and professional services. She earned her BSc from Oxford Brookes and is an Accountant certified by ACCA – The Association of Certified Chartered Accountants. Originally from California, Kristy now calls New York home.
