Karl Almond

Karl Almond, CPA, CGMA, possesses diverse finance, operations, supply chain, HR and IT leadership experience across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, services, construction, and distribution while working with companies of all sizes, domestic and international in scope.

Having grown up with an entrepreneurial mindset, Karl’s leadership approach has been guided by these principles throughout his extensive 30+ year career. He has the hands-on experience and expertise to quickly diagnose complex business challenges and develop solutions that assure improved results and positive outcomes. As a trusted advisor to senior corporate managers and business owners, Karl provides valuable advice on all areas of their businesses. He is fluent in EOS, Lean Manufacturing, and other business improvement systems and tools.

Karl earned his MBA in Management from Bryant University and a BS in Accounting and Finance from UMass-Dartmouth. In addition to his CPA and CGMA certifications, he is also Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified as a Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). Karl is a mentor and judge for the Massachusetts Collegiate DECA program and also mentors future entrepreneurs with EforAll SouthCoast. He currently lives in Southeastern Massachusetts.
