Josh Salisbury

Josh Salisbury is an accomplished financial executive and leader with over $30 billion in transactions in Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity, and Debt Capital raising. His extensive experience spans healthcare (life sciences, medical technology, services), industrials, consumer and consumer health, and technology (AI, robotics, SaaS platforms, logistics). Josh specializes in strategic initiatives, including raising growth capital, venture debt, roll-up acquisitions, and optimizing leverage through recapitalizations.

Josh has a proven track record of preparing companies for sale, identifying prospective buyers, and enhancing capital structures. Notable projects include facilitating the sale of a pharmaceutical packaging company to a Japanese buyer, optimizing debt for a lab supplies company to increase shareholder returns, and securing sales and marketing partnerships for a medical technology company. He is the expert companies turn to when determining their next strategic move.

Originally from a farming community in Illinois, Josh graduated with a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, and an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School. Josh’s career includes senior roles at Morgan Stanley and Eli Lilly, where he won a Six Sigma trophy for business development process improvements. He has also served on numerous boards for both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
