Her expertise lies in streamlining processes, optimizing team performance, and supporting business leaders in achieving their strategic goals.

As a Senior Merchandise Manager at JCPenney, Jodi led multimillion-dollar departments in women’s fashion and accessories, driving sales, optimizing inventory, and enhancing the in-store shopping experience. She played a key role on the district buying team, identifying high-performing checkout items and developing seasonal merchandising strategies to ensure stores were stocked with trending products.
