With a diverse background spanning retail management, sales, and business operations, Jodi Posner brings a wealth of experience to her role at ProCFO Partners. Her career journey has encompassed managing multimillion-dollar retail departments, driving membership growth in a national small business organization, and providing operational support to growing companies. Her expertise lies in streamlining processes, optimizing team performance, and supporting business leaders in achieving their strategic goals.

As a Senior Merchandise Manager at JCPenney, Jodi led multimillion-dollar departments in women’s fashion and accessories, driving sales, optimizing inventory, and enhancing the in-store shopping experience. She played a key role on the district buying team, identifying high-performing checkout items and developing seasonal merchandising strategies to ensure stores were stocked with trending products. She later transitioned into a sales and membership role with the National Federation of Independent Business, where she developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by business owners. Her experience also includes managing operations for her family-owned vehicle-for-hire business.

Outside of work, Jodi enjoys spending time with her husband and two adult children. As a passionate sports fan, she loves watching games—though her household is often divided when it comes to team loyalties, making for lively competition. She is also a natural researcher with a deep passion for genealogy, spending time tracing her family tree and uncovering connections to the past.
