Gaetano Di Pietro

Gaetano Di Pietro is an experienced leader and entrepreneur. He has successfully advised, sourced, structured, and executed attractive debt and equity financing for real estate developers, SMEs in the renewable energy, manufacturing, distribution, and digital marketing/media sectors.

In addition to financing, Gaetano has also provided advisory services and helped clients secure capital. In prior roles, he has served as the Director of Finance at Arclin, North America’s leading paper laminates and resin manufacturer. He has previously worked and consulted at KPMG, CIBC, BMO, Citi, Capital One, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Sears Canada. His areas of expertise include financial management leadership, financial modeling and analysis, entrepreneurship, corporate development, strategic leadership and management, sourcing capital, and team leadership.

Gaetano is a CPA and received his Executive MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
