Eric Uva brings over 25 years of experience driving top-line growth and maximizing EBITDA across public, private equity, and family-owned businesses. His expertise spans product commercialization, cost optimization, lean process improvement, margin realignment, organizational design, and interim CFO/COO leadership.

As a former Operating Partner at Charles Gate Capital, Eric spearheaded corporate transformation and performance enhancement initiatives, focusing on high-impact opportunities for margin and cash flow improvement. During his tenure at PwC and Alvarez & Marsal, he led operational turnarounds that resulted in an average 35% reduction in cost structures, a 15% revenue increase, and significant enhancements in cash flow management, systems development, execution, organizational design, and planning and performance reporting functions.

Eric holds degrees in Finance and Philosophy, with minors in Genetics and Organic Chemistry, from Boston College (summa cum laude). He also earned an MPP from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government as a Charles Edison Scholar and a certificate in Technology & Innovation from MIT. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is deeply committed to his two children, community involvement, and competing in triathlons.
