Stephen Warheit is a seasoned Finance Executive with 35 years of global experience navigating complex financial landscapes for organizations ranging from global Fortune 500 companies to high-growth family offices. He partners with founders and stakeholders to provide the visibility and data-driven strategies necessary to manage transition, complexity, and growth.
Throughout his career, Stephen has managed over $3 Billion AUM, closed over $1 Billion in Debt, and led M&A activities totaling over $500 Million, while handling up to 50 international entities and managing staffs ranging from 2 to 44 professionals. He established his reputation as a hands-on “fix-it” expert at Marriott International, turning around underperforming business units across Latin America and integrating multiple corporate acquisitions before directing emerging markets finance for Tishman Speyer. His deep technical expertise includes full-lifecycle ERP implementations and leveraging Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to align complex system architecture with operational workflows.
An MBA and alumnus of the Columbia Business School CFO Program, Stephen is currently focused on implementing RPA and AI-driven financial workflows and enterprise-level risk models to accelerate growth and operational transparency for his clients. He is highly proficient in both US GAAP and IFRS.
Outside of the boardroom, Stephen is an active member of the CFO Alliance and the CFO Leadership Council. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, an active runner, cyclist, and outdoor adventurer. He shares a passion with his wife for professional women’s soccer (NWSL & USWNT), having attended the last four World Cups.
