Brenton Westrich is a seasoned finance leader and strategic advisor with more than two decades of experience partnering with CEOs and Boards to drive growth, profitability, and enterprise value. He brings deep expertise across SaaS, health technology, biotech and technology-enabled services, with a track record of guiding organizations through rapid scale, complex operating environments, and successful exit events. Known for his ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, Brenton serves as a trusted partner in shaping strategic direction and aligning financial performance with long-term business objectives.

Throughout his career, Brenton has led enterprise financial strategy, planning, and operations for high-growth, private equity-backed businesses. He has scaled organizations from early-stage revenue to over $100M+ through a combination of organic growth and M&A, while strengthening EBITDA performance and operational discipline. His experience spans multi-scenario modeling, capital allocation, pricing strategy, and SaaS unit economics, as well as leading deal desk functions and supporting complex contract negotiations. Brenton has also played a central role in due diligence processes and orchestrated several successful exits. He’s accustomed to handling investor communications and ensuring leadership teams are equipped with the insights needed to make informed, high-impact decisions.

As a CFO, Brenton partners closely with leadership teams to build scalable financial infrastructure, enhance visibility into performance drivers, and support strategic initiatives ranging from growth acceleration to exit readiness. His hands-on, collaborative approach enables organizations to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize resource allocation, and align cross-functional teams around key financial and operational metrics. Brenton combines analytical rigor with practical execution, delivering the clarity and structure businesses need to navigate critical inflection points and achieve sustainable growth.

Brenton achieved a BA from East Carolina University and his MBA from the University of Colorado, Denver.
