Eddie Orantes

Eddie is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of international experience in strategic finance, operational leadership, and M&A execution. As CFO, he has successfully partnered with private equity sponsors, boards of directors, and cross-functional leadership teams to drive financial transformation, optimize operations, and execute strategic transactions.

Eddie’s experience as CFO ranges from pre-revenue startups to mid-market to Fortune 100 companies.

Notably, Eddie has led M&A transactions ranging from generational transfer of ownership to publicly traded and SEC-supported acquisitions. He has travelled extensively throughout the United States and Latin America to lead companies through challenging and ultimately very rewarding periods of growth.

Eddie’s passion is team building and recognizing/enhancing talents to drive company and personal success. Eddie is a family man who strives to be an example to his 10 year old daughter in “doing what is right” at home and at work.
