With over seven years of experience as a virtual assistant and more than three years of specialized expertise in recruiting, Zayra brings a strategic and people-centered approach to talent acquisition and operational support.

Originally from the beautiful country of Belize, Zayra’s educational background includes a concentration in psychology and economics. She leverages her academic knowledge and professional experience to enhance recruiting strategies, ensuring that each candidate is not only a great fit for the role but also aligns with the company’s culture and values. In addition to her recruiting expertise, Zayra is proficient in a wide range of executive assistant functions, including calendar and email management, research, data entry, social media coordination, document preparation, CRM management, and client communication. Her comprehensive skill set enables her to provide seamless support across multiple functions.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Zayra enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishing moments with her family.
