Pat Balestrieri

Pat Balestrieri is a highly experienced CFO. His career spans various industries, including brokerage houses, multi-national trading companies, and AV construction firms, showcasing his adaptability and expertise in different accounting practices. He has been a certified CPA in New York State for more than 30 years and is also recognized as a Lean (Kaizen) trainer.

Pat started as a Futures commodity accountant in brokerage houses and rose from Accounting Clerk to Treasurer, gaining a comprehensive view of business operations. He then became the Controller and later President of a Multi-National Trading Company, managing financial statements, cash flow, and other accounting functions. Pat also worked as a consultant, assisting private equity firms and companies like Jones NY in cost-cutting and process improvement. As the CFO of an AV Construction Company, he specialized in construction accounting and became a certified Kaizen trainer. Currently, he is the CFO of a leading mechanical contractor, focusing on mentoring younger staff.

Personally, Pat has been married for 38 years and has three children. Pat holds a BBA in Accounting from Pace University and two graduate degrees from St. John’s University. He has dedicated the last 21 years to teaching business courses to undergraduate and graduate students, reflecting his commitment to education and mentoring the next generation of professionals.
