Kenton Gray

Kent Gray is a seasoned financial and business leader with a 30 year career spanning various industries and roles, from small to medium sized industrial companies to multinational corporations. As both a business unit president and CFO, Kent’s expertise lies in steering full P/L responsibility, driving sales growth, eliminating waste, and developing and executing strategic initiatives. Kent is known for his adeptness in cross-functional leadership, encompassing Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical Services, and Product Management.

Known for his collaborative spirit and high energy, Kent brings a blend of curiosity, intelligence, and humility to his work. A passionate advocate for data-driven decisions and risk management, Kent has a track record of finding the delicate balance between risk and growth. Using his unique blend of financial and operational experience, and the philosophy that “Ideas + Execution = Success” he has spearheaded transformative initiatives that drove record setting improvements in sales, EBITDA, and operational efficiency.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Kent holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Kent and his wife Cindy reside in Atlanta and love to spend time at Lake of the Ozarks with their two kids (both recently married 5 weeks apart!!), two old labs, family, and friends. They enjoy entertaining, boating, and trying desperately to keep up with their kids in learning the art of wake surfing. Kent firmly believes that life’s balance lies not just in the numbers but also in joyful moments spent with family and loved ones.
