John Mikus

John Mikus is a seasoned Finance and Operation Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit and over 25 years of experience working in large public organizations, private equity turnarounds and VC backed startups. A strategic thinker that was sent around the world to implement new Finance departments, policies, procedures, and processes.

His areas of expertise include strategic planning, financial forecasting, cash flow management, process improvement, automating systems, team development, and M&A integration. He is accomplished in creating/redesigning processes ready to scale with business growth and stay in regulatory compliance. John understands key metrics, qualitative considerations, and takes a long-term approach to build sustainable value by focusing on business strategy, return on investment, and process development and efficiency.

John holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
