For more than 20 years, Jerry has had a strong focus on working with private equity-backed companies and has held pivotal roles at both the Senior and C-level, including President, CEO, and CFO.

Jerry possesses extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, having navigated both the buy and sell sides of these complex transactions, guiding start-ups, revitalizing troubled assets, and steering high-growth organizations toward success. A specialist in process optimization, cost reduction, and the execution of critical and intricate initiatives, Jerry consistently delivers results that significantly enhance financial and operational performance.

In recent engagements, Jerry has provided invaluable support as an interim CFO for private equity-backed organizations within the juice and capital equipment manufacturing sectors.

Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and two dogs in Brighton, Michigan. He volunteers as a Board Advisor at Vista Maria, an organization that provides mental health services, education, after-school care, foster care and adoption, independent living, and security for the survivors of human trafficking. He is also a Board Member at the Michigan Chapter of the Gift of Adoption, whose mission is to provide grants to complete adoptions of children who are in vulnerable circumstances.
