Jeffrey Wollman is a senior financial and operations executive with more than 30 years of experience for small to medium sized privately held firms as a Controller and Chief Financial and Operating Officer.

In his most recent hybrid senior financial management and operations role, he facilitated and enabled revenue growth from $6 million to $26 million with a 6-fold rise in net income through more effective uses of technology, improved financial reporting through thoughtful KPI’s, optimizing operations and skillful contract negotiation and expense management. Jeff understands how to work with and for entrepreneurial owners and businesses to achieve desired positive results and solve critical issues. Scaling a business to enable growth is his passion and he is adept at building vendor and employee relationships for the good of the organization. He has excelled as a leader in Financial Management, Payment Processing, Billing and Collections, Financial Planning & Analysis, Capital Budgeting, Forecasting, Call Center Development and Management, Disaster Recovery, Bankruptcy and Project Management.

Jeff is an avid runner and has completed his 8th marathon since 2016 with more on the horizon. He applies the principles of both endurance and strategy to not only be successful in racing but also in his approach to successful business management. Jeff holds an MBA in Financial Management with Distinction from Pace University and a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester.
