Gerry is a seasoned financial and operational executive with a strong track record of driving growth and profitability of privately owned, mid-sized businesses. He is passionate about ensuring that the Finance function is a valued partner to the business, providing senior leaders with data & analytics that drive informed business decisions.

A background in medical devices, consumer goods, construction and defense manufacturing has provided expertise in process optimization, change management, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, project management and team building. In multiple C-level roles with multi-channel distribution and e-commerce businesses he has led teams developing monthly business review reporting, multi-year strategic business roadmaps, standardized metrics and  processes to drive accountability, facilitate strategic decision making and achieve financial results for the organization.

Gerry holds a BBA from Dowling College, a MBA in Finance from Adelphi University, and a JD from Touro Law Center.  He is an admitted attorney in New York State, and a member of the NYSBA and SCBA.
