Francois X. Lamy is an experienced CFO/COO (he has held 5 full-time CFO or CFO/COO positions already over 20 years in total) with diverse experiences resulting in strong and quantified achievements to sales growth, profitability and cash-flow. In these roles, he has served as a business partner to CEOs and management teams, organizing his own teams across the globe.He has been with the LVMH Luxury Consumer Goods public Group for over 20+ years in France and in the USA (in terms of Brands, he worked for Veuve Clicquot, Chandon, Belvedere Vodka and TAG Heuer especially). He is familiar both with big groups and with small businesses.

Within the consumer goods and manufacturing industries, his experience covers all functions of broad CFO roles: Strategy, interacting with Board of Directors, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Financial Reporting and Consolidation, US and International Taxes / Transfer Pricing, Banking Relationships (to renew or obtain financing), Merger & Acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side) and Information Systems too. It also covers the following aspects of Operations roles: Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics / Customs and Customer Service / After-Sales as well. In terms of channels, he is familiar both with wholesale, brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce.

Francois holds a Master of Science degree from the highly selective Mines ParisTech Engineering School in France and has been a student at the HEC Paris Business School as well. He has been living in the US (MN, NJ, NY) since 2003.
